The symposium on solar thermal energy and innovative heating systems (Symposium Solarthermie und Innovative Wärmesysteme) brings together science, suppliers and practitioners. It has established itself as an industry meeting for exactly this exchange: It offers numerous lectures and interdisciplinary discussions on the main topics relating to renewable heating systems.
This year, the topics range from practical reports and research projects relating to the solarization of heating networks, solar local and district heating, simulation and planning tools, heat pumps, quality assurance, solar process heat as well as low-temperature and anergy networks. A special highlight is the fireside chat with Christian Maaß from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action of German (BMWK), who will discuss the feasibility of the heat transition with representatives from politics, science and business.
